pray trust believeNo words to explain how you are feeling?

Pray.

Trust.

Believe.

No words to right a wrong.

Pray.

Trust.

Believe.

No words to make it better.

Pray.

Trust.

Believe.

The anger swirling in my mind is overwhelming.

The hurt in my heart is all-consuming.

The frustration is eating away at my brain.

Pray.

Trust.

Believe.

There will be moments in life when you feel you have done your best and your best is not good enough.

There will be moments in life when you feel you have failed and could have done more.

There will be moments in life when you feel you should have done something different.

Pray.

Trust.

Believe.

Allowing ourselves to destroy ourselves with these thoughts of anger, hurt and frustration will only end up destroying us and our relationships. Instead we can only pray, trust and believe God is in even these dark moments. At the same time we MUST set new boundaries to protect ourselves and our family.

As I have reached out to close friends and family I am coming to terms with the fact that I can not do anything about certain things in life instead; I need to do what I can now going forward. This life is filled with tough stuff and being an adult means walking through the darkness and trusting God to guide your way.

If you are struggling with something today and are struggling to share the pain with someone please pray, trust and believe. Never giving up and always believing God can turn this darkness on its head and bring the sunshine again.

Father God we thank you and praise you for walking with us in the darkness and carrying us when we are unable to see the clouds breaking and knowing You will bring forth the sunshine. Give us strength to keep pressing through and NEVER giving up. Amen.
